I recently had an urgent need for a repair on my vehicle's exhaust shield, and I chose to bring it to this particular service center. I must express my complete satisfaction with the outstanding service I received. Their team demonstrated remarkable efficiency and professionalism right from my arrival. I was especially impressed that they were able to diagnose the problem and expertly complete the entire repair on the very same day, which was incredibly convenient and minimized any disruption to my schedule. The quality of their work, combined with their excellent customer service, was truly commendable. Based on this highly positive experience, I would unequivocally recommend their services to anyone in search of dependable, efficient, and high-quality automotive repair solutions.

I had a slow air leak in one of my tires and called Tuffy to see if they could help. They got me in for a free tire inspection and within just a few minutes found a screw in my tire that I couldn’t see myself. The team was friendly, professional, and honest. They plugged the tire for me at no charge in exchange for leaving a Google review, and had me back on the road quickly. Great customer service and a great experience overall. I’ll definitely be back if I need anything in the future. Highly recommend! 🚗👍

I can't even give enough stars for how great these guys were! I came in for a tire inspection, my back tires were leaking air. I had been told my tires were rusted on, the last place "couldnt" get them off. The Tuffy guys got them off no problem, and patched one of them. Told me I needed a new rim, and that it would be $25 to put it on when I got it. I called two days later, they remembered me immediately, and got me an appointment within 2 hours. Quick and easy, they swapped my old rim to the new one, even saved my tire pressure sensor! I was ready to pay, even a little extra, and they said all they wanted was a 5⭐️ review! Done and done, guys! Thank you thank you thank you for the great work and amazing customer service! This is 100% my new auto shop!

Highly Recommended – Tuffy Auto Service Center at Laskey and Jackman is the real deal! I’ve been taking all of my vehicles to Tuffy Auto Service Center for years, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. Manager Bob has always treated me more than fairly, no matter what car I bring in or what service it needs. His honesty and straightforward approach are refreshing in this industry. The entire crew is outstanding, but I especially want to shout out Charlie and Ryan. Even on the manager’s day off, they stepped right up and took care of me the right way — professional, thorough, and genuinely looking out for the customer. They’ve earned my complete trust. The prices are always more than fair, the work is done right the first time, and I never feel like I’m being upsold or taken advantage of. When I need service on any of my cars, I don’t even think twice — I’m heading straight to the Tuffy at Laskey and Jackman. If you want honest, quality auto service with people who actually care, look no further. Five stars all the way!

Absolutely impressed with this Tuffy experience drove an hour and a half up to come here for tires and it was definitely worth the drive Bob and Charlie run in an exceptional shop here. They are honest never tried to upsell me on unnecessary stuff and I was in and out in less than an hour for a brand new tires for my Impala. I will definitely come here for all of my automotive needs, even though they are very far away. It’s worth it to me because they run the business very honest and ethically. And for those two things you have won my business for life. Thank you for a great experience. I will definitely be back as a returning customer.
